The most important 2026 income requirements (gross (SV) per month:
For spouses and unmarried cohabitants: € 2,294.40 excluding holiday allowance, € 2,477.95 including holiday allowance
For singles or single parents: €1,606.08 excluding holiday allowance, €1,734.57 including holiday allowance.
For highly skilled migrants: 30 years or older: € 5,942 younger than 30 years: € 4,357 and reduced salary criterion (following an orientation year for highly skilled migrants, or within 3 years after graduating or work as a scientific researcher): € 3,122
EU blue card: € 5,942 and reduced salary criterion € 4,754

The most important IND application fees for residence permits and recognition as a sponsor:
To stay with family member, spouse or partner: € 254 (exceptions for long-term resident EU and Turkish family members)
Recognition as a sponsor: € 5,080, start-ups, companies with maximum 50 persons and change of company: € 2,539
Highly skilled migrant, EU blue card, work in employment and self-employed persons: € 423, long-term residents EU € 254
Study: € 254
Verification against EU community law: € 85, minors € 46
Permanent residence permit: € 171, minors € 85
