The corona crisis affects the possibilty of traveling abroad. For persons who are already in the Netherlands this could also affect being able to apply for and/or collect an mvv abroad.

For this reason in certain situations a residence permit without an mvv can now be granted. This concerns persons who have already entered the Netherlands before 23 January 2021 and who are allowed to be here temporarily or who have not been able to leave the Netherlands due to force majeure. Of course, the other conditions for the residence permit must be met.
